Frequently asked questions
Do you work outside Duhok?
Yes. We operate throughout the Kurdistan Region and Iraq, including Erbil, Zakho and Mosul, and travel to the site for installation and commissioning.
Can you repair a machine programmed by another company?
In most cases, yes. We review the existing PLC program, identify the fault and document every change we make. If the program is locked, we can rewrite it.
How can I obtain a price quotation?
Send us the product name or a brief description of the work via WhatsApp or by phone. For larger projects, we first visit the site and then provide a written quotation.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes, for CCTV systems, networks and control panels. They cover regular inspections, backups of PLC programs and priority response in the event of a stoppage.
Is the equipment you sell original?
Yes. We supply original equipment through authorised channels and inform you of the warranty that accompanies each item before purchase.
